When is the right time to take supplements and should I take it with food?
Can I take the tablets or capsules with tea or coffee?
It is not recommended to take the capsules with a warm drink as this can accelerate the disintegration process, leading to the premature release of vitamins or minerals in the throat itself. Instead, swallow the capsules with water or juice.
How long are Zone 365 products good for?
Can I use more than one Zone 365® supplement at the same time?
While it may not necessarily be harmful, we do not recommend using more than one supplement at the same time. It is better that you select the products which best meets your needs or contact us for further advice first.
Are Zone 365® supplements FDA approved?
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not approve nutritional supplements, only medications and drugs. However, Zone 365® products are manufactured in FDA certified facilities. These facilities are inspected and adhere to the requirements of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Is it safe to use these supplements with my medication?
While it is safe to use our products in most of the cases, we still recommend you to consult with your doctor or physician before using any supplement.
Do these Zone 365® supplements cause any adverse side effects?
At this time, there are no clinically proven side effects of taking these vitamins. However, as with anything, excess dependence could be bad for your health, so do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Is it normal for my urine to change color after taking your products?
Some of our supplementary products may cause brightly colored urine in some cases but this is perfectly harmless. Often this happens due to the natural color of some nutrients e.g. vitamin B2 and folic acid. However, if the problem persists even after the product is discontinued, it is better to seek medical attention.
What happens if I stop using these supplements?
There are no known side effects associated with discontinuing any of the Zone 365® products.
Is there gluten in any Dietary Universe® product?
We do not add any gluten to our products. Most all of our products are 100% gluten free and is stated as such on the label.
